Today "CARDIOPLANT" is a young, dynamically developing company with highly qualified specialists in biological and medical engineering. The company has dozens of unique developed technologies supported by intellectual property registration. The wide geography of deliveries covers hundreds of healthcare institutions in the Russian Federation. Close interaction with doctors and their high assessment of the effectiveness of products gives an impulse to the creation and development of new projects.

2021
Our company produced and sold 17,5k of class III medical devices, scaled up the production for dentistry products, carried our clinical approbation of a dura mater prosthesis, launched a new product line for cosmetology, built and equipped a lab for cytotoxicity testing for tests on stem cells. The company entered foreign markets with the products for dentistry and cardiac surgery. We established close cooperation with the Federal Center for Traumatology and Neurosurgery, won the competition “100 Best Goods of Russia” with one of our dentistry products.
The team launched serial production of a membrane for cartilage regeneration. Together with leading experts we developed an organ-preserving technique for chondral tissue regeneration “StaMP”.

2020
Our company organized a serial production of dura mater prosthesis, carried out clinical trial of a biological envelope for CIED devices. We scaled up the production and multiplied the production volumes of dentistry products. We organized the production of a transcatheter heart valve together with the head company. Our company also started joint production of prosthesis for neurosurgery with one of our partners. We prepared our production capacities for contract manufacturing of cosmetology products. Our team launched a company lab project for cytotoxicity testing on stem cells.
2019
We developed a membrane for cartilage regeneration and organized serial production of 3D collagen matrix for periodontology. Additionally, we scaled up the production of components for a tissue prosthetic heart valve. Our team developed, tested and put into a mass production a solution for chemical stabilization of biological tissues that is applied in cardiac surgery.
2018
In close cooperation with leading specialists of the country preclinical studies of three more products in the field of cardiology, traumatology and neurosurgery have been conducted, and their clinical trials have begun. The production of manufactured products was scaled up.
2017
The results of researches on new biomaterials form the basis of the registration procedure for three more implantable medical devices based on animal tissues. Preclinical studies of prototypes are conducted.
2016
The company enters a new stage of development and becomes a resident of the High-Tech Park "Rameev", which provides the company with a fleet of modern equipment and more than 600 square meters of production space, including clean rooms, on preferential terms.
2015
Based on many years of research and testing, "Cardioplant" produces a whole series of medical devices made of biomaterials for tissue regeneration in the field of traumatology, dentistry, implantology, which prove high quality and effectiveness.
2012
The company's management decided to diversify production and expand the range of products. State financial support of the enterprise from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Innovation Assistance Fund and the Government of Penza region helps to successfully implement several major projects for the development of new technologies and products. Each developed technology is registered as intellectual property.
2011
The company's team is supplemented by new specialists who in close cooperation with medical practitioners develop new products for such areas of surgery as traumatology and orthopedics, herniology, abdominal surgery, urogynecology and bariatric surgery. The uniqueness and high efficiency of "Cardioplant" medical devices form the basis of a series of scientific publications and Candidate's dissertation.
2010
Based on the developed technology, mass production of the first product is organized – the xenopericardial plate, which is currently the leader in the Russian market of implants for the replacement of pericardial and intracardiac tissues.
2009
A unique technology for processing xenogenic tissue has been created for the manufacture of implants that replace defects in human organs and tissues.
2008
Painstaking work was carried out to organize an uninterrupted supply of raw materials, equip production and laboratory facilities and develop a method for preparing biotissue for xenoprosthesis.
2007
The enterprise organization on the basis of Scientific-Production Association "MedInzh" — a leading manufacturer of implantable medical devices. The main activity of "Cardioplant" at that time was the scientific and experimental development of implants based on animal tissues for cardiovascular surgery.
